| 1. Tanya Burr red lip-gloss in Vampire Kiss This lip-gloss has a really nice consistency, isn't sticky on the lips and the colour is quite a deep red. It's lovely on it's own or on top of another red lipstick.  
2. This is 'Blake's Pure Red' from the exclusive celebrity collection with Loreal Paris. It is a matte lipstick in that classic hollywood red, but isn't too drying on the lips and can glam up any look. Thanks Blake for bringing out such a beautiful colour!
 
3. This lipstick is 'Diva' by Mac, which is a matte. It has a really dark vampy hue to it which looks great for a night out! This was also the first Mac lipstick/purchase i made!
  
4. This next lipstick is also a matte by Mac and is called Russian Red. Before i was all that interested in high-end makeup and way before i started this blog, Russian Red by Mac was one of the most popular and talked about lipsticks within the beauty community, especially on Youtube. When i finally had some of my own money to spend i decided to bite the bullet and give RR a try - i was not disappointed! However as it is a matte lipstick, I would recommend wearing a lip-balm underneath to avoid dry and cracking lips. The colour is very similar to Blake's Pure Red by Loreal Paris, giving you that classic Hollywood red vibe.
  
5. This lipstick is 'Lambada' by Gosh. It has a creamy/velvet consistency and has an orangey undertone too it. Although i don't wear this one all too often, it's a nice alternative to the classic red lip and would look lovely in the summer time.
 
6. This lipstick is by Makeup Revolution and for a couple of pounds is a decent purchase. Again, quite a classic red colour but has quite a sheer consistency which is to be expected in comparison to some of the others which have a higher price.
